We have surrounded ourselves with the most skilled and capable subcontractors that have a proven reputation for taking the same pride in their work and adhering to the same stringent standards that we do.  Much of the artisan work in a custom home should be implemented not only in the finishes of a home but in the framing stage as well.  Clean, quality framing of a home will make all the difference in a perfectly finished product.  So, of course, we always do our own framing.  We have NO superintendents, project managers, or expensive offices with an administrative staff.  You deal directly with the general contractor at all times and because we don't have costly overhead, we are able to offer fair and competitive pricing.
